Bishop Laney Trustees, during their early March meeting, and before Coronavirus, welcomed two new apprentices. The Trustees wished them both well with their apprenticeships and looked forward to hearing how they were progressing at their annual feedback opportunity. They also thanked the Employers for their apprentice schemes and looked forward to supporting their new employee.
Starting their apprenticeship with Eco Installer & Services Ltd was Jude Dewey. Jude was accompanied by Company representative, Sharon Cadman and his parent Emma Dewey.
Bishop Laney Chairman, Dr. Nick Mumford, presented Jude with the traditional bible along with details regarding the foundation’s financial support for both the employer and the apprentice.

Bishop Laney Chairman, Dr. Nick Mumford, also presented James Phipps with his bible and welcomed him as a new apprentice with Champion Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Joining James were company representative, Matt Tumber and James' parent, Claire Phipps.
